We live in immensely difficult times and hope our supporters are utilizing their discretionary income to prioritize giving to causes which aid in our collective survival and the dismantling of oppressive systems before or instead of giving to the Ignytes. Donations are still welcome, as each award cycle’s expenses run $3500-$4000 between artist honorarium ($400), trophy production for finalists and winners ($1500), certificate printing ($300), and shipping materials and postage ($1600).

6/8/26 Update: The Ignyte Awards are hosted on some of the same infrastructure as FIYAH Literary Magazine which will go on indefinite hiatus after issue 40 in October. Future fundraising cycles for the Ignytes will take into account needs to operate fully independently.
